There is a King sized bed in the master and a queen in the other bedroom. There is also a daybed with a trundle and a sleeper sofa for extra sleeping space. There is a fully stocked kitchen for eating in or it's close enough to town to dine out if you prefer. Sip your coffee while you listen to nature wake up in the morning. There is also a dinette on the deck if you want to have dinner next to the creek. Come sit by the fire and relax in the mountains. All properties are subject to our booking agreement terms. No unauthorized parties, underage drinking and/or controlled substances of any kind will be permitted. No refunds will be issued if you are asked to leave.

Occupancy rates are based on up to 4 persons.

EXTRA PERSONS: $10.00 per person / per night

MINIMUM: 2 night stay

HOLIDAYS REQUIRE: 3 Night Minimum or more.

Pets are NOT ALLOWED FOR ANY REASON AT THIS RENTAL Extra charges will apply for additional cleaning if a pet is brought to the home.

No Smoking in the house, smoking is permitted outside and on the porch. Please use ashtrays provided.
